Anna Goes to Prison: Chapter 50
Anna desperately gasped for air, her toes twitching and curling up as she struggled to get her lungs functioning properly against the guard's brutally tight grip. Her vision was already starting to fade as she realized to her horror she was close to blacking out, but she could make out Merida snickering at her misery as she watched with her arms remaining folded. "Alright. That's enough. Release her throat." Like an obedient dog, the guard did as Merida said. Anna collapsed to the sticky floor, clutching onto her chest and trying to get her breath to return to normal. "What...what the hell was that?" She could barely speak and was wheezing between words. "Oh, look, she still hasn't figured it out." Merida made a tsking sound to express her supposed disapproval. "Punch her in the face. Hard." An instant later, the guard's fist had flown into Anna's nose. She felt it crunch as she fell over backwards from the force of it, her head colliding on the pavement with a deafening thud.
